On Saudi National Day, we proudly reflect on the journey of a great nation whose foundations were laid by the Founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud—may Allah have mercy on him. His devoted sons carried forward the journey of nation-building and development, leading the Kingdom to become the ambitious model of progress and prosperity it is today. The Kingdom continues to move confidently toward a more competitive and sustainable future under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—may Allah protect them both.
This cherished national occasion is not only a time to commemorate the founding and unification of our nation, but also an opportunity to reflect on the scale of transformation taking place across the Kingdom in various fields, and on the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030, which have made quality, efficiency, and competitiveness key pillars of the national development journey.
At the Saudi Accreditation Center, we are proud to be part of this national ecosystem through our role in strengthening confidence in conformity assessment services, supporting the quality of products and services, contributing to the competitiveness of the national economy, and facilitating trade.
The number of accredited conformity assessment bodies exceeding 1,000 marks an important milestone in the Center’s journey and reflects the growth and maturity achieved by the accreditation ecosystem in the Kingdom. It also embodies the collective efforts of our partners across the quality ecosystem, the government and private sectors, as well as assessors, experts, and conformity assessment bodies throughout the Kingdom.
For us, this achievement represents more than just a number. It reflects the expanding impact of accreditation, the promotion of a culture of quality, competence, and impartiality, and the strengthening of confidence in a national ecosystem that serves both the economy and society, while supporting the Kingdom’s presence and competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
On this cherished national occasion, I extend, on my own behalf and on behalf of the employees of the Saudi Accreditation Center, my sincere congratulations and best wishes to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the people of Saudi Arabia. We pray that Allah protects our nation and preserves its security, pride, and prosperity, and that we all continue to contribute to shaping a future worthy of the Kingdom’s ambitions and standing.
