The Saudi Accreditation Center (SAAC) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with the Hail Region Development Authority to enhance collaboration across various fields. The agreement was signed by SAAC Executive Director Dr. Adel bin Abdulrahman Alkaed and the CEO of the Hail Region Development Authority, Mr. Omar bin Abdullah Alabduljabbar.
