    Accommodation:
    • Accommodation is provided only for the covered dates, this icludes:
    accomedation for EC Members from Dec. 7th, 2026 (arrival day) to Dec. 10th, 2026 (departure day) only.
    accommedation for GA Attendees from Dec. 8th, 2026 (arrival day) to Dec. 10th, 2026 (departure day) only.
    • Accommodation is provided in a single-occupancy room.
    • Room upgrades, additional rooms, or extended stays before or after the covered dates are not included.
    • All such arrangements must be coordinated directly with the hotel and are at the participant’s own expense.
    • The Hotel is Doubletree Hilton here.
    Local Transportation
    • Local transportation is covered for arrival and departure only.
    • This includes:
    Transfers for EC Members from the airport (King Khaled International Airport) to the hotel (Hotel) on Dec. 7th, 2026 (arrival day).
    Transfers for GA Attendees from the airport (King Khaled International Airport) to the hotel (Hotel) on Dec. 8th, 2026 (arrival day).
    Transfers from the hotel (Hotel) to the airport (King Khaled International Airport) on Dec. 10th only (departure day).
    Visa & Entry Requirements
    • Visa Permission Process is for the participants only, issuance and related costs are not covered.
    • Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that any accompanying person/s, who are not IFHAB members, are under their responsability.
    • If you already have a valid visa, please ensure it covers the travel period.
